the hotel staff was very friendly. the location was also acceptable.

The air conditioning in my twin room did not work correctly. the mattress was too firm, and it caused discomfort and restless sleep. the breakfast area seemed cramped for the large number of guests. It was difficult to move around, and the two toasters took a very long time to use.

The staff were so friendly! Sofia in Guest Services was very helpful. She gave great advice to improve my visit in Madeira. The hotel location is really good. It is close to shops and restaurants.

The cleanliness of the bedrooms wasn't great. They entered rooms even when we left the sign outside! Beds weren't made properly and bathrooms weren't cleaned very well.

I adored how the path beside the hotel allowed for easy access to ocean walks and runs. It felt convenient. the nearby beach was lovely. i found the direct access to the promenade amazing. It made reaching the city center so easy! the pool area offered a peaceful retreat with its garden and ocean view.

the bottled water costs were a slight surprise, especially since they weren't clearly communicated upfront, a minor inconvenience.

A variety of buffets were available and also italian, moroccan, or mediterranean dinners with three or four courses could be chosen by reservation. This was a superb touch and the food was AMAZING!!!

the reception staff were always able to help, showing a kind, attentive attitude, ensuring any needs were swiftly addressed and cared for. the staff's good mood was really liked and created a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. it was wonderful.

This location is next to the promenade. there is a shopping center very close to the hotel. there is a bus stop is available for convenient travel to the city center. taxi service is quick when requested. That was fantastic!!!
